Apple Authorized Service (Englewood NJ) - Retail Assistant Manager

iStore is a high-end Apple Specialist retail store (Apple’s premier partner) with three locations focusing on Apple products repair and resale. We are seeking two highly motivated and goal-oriented assistant managers to promote our B to B services and maintain excellent customer services. The ideal candidates must have proven-tracked retail management experiences and computer-hardware-electronic repair background knowledge. Job locations:  Englewood, NJ.

Requirements:

• · Quick learner – pick up Apple product knowledge and service policies within 2 months.
• · Computer or electronics industry background – good base of repair knowledge for computers, laptops, smart phones and gaming devices
• · 3+ Years of retail management preferably in the computer or electronic industries
• · Expertise in customer services, employee management, merchandising, security (inventory monitoring) and training new employees
• · Meet all the Apple-Metrics system requirement without mistakes
• · College degree

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations including technical and retail services to assure high-level customer satisfaction and minimum disputes

- Acquire business/corporate accounts to expand revenue channels

- Promote the Company's services, including break/fix, consulting, on-site services

- Work with company management to achieve revenue goals

- Lead new employees by closely working with training department by documenting common mistakes and special service cases to build an effective training system

- Merchandise the Company's products for maximum sales attraction

- Monitor our corporate division (same location) shipping/delivering to assure accuracy and punctuality

- Meet and comply with Apple's standards for graphics, signage, etc.

- Count inventory (especially high-priced items) and provide weekly report

- Develop and maintain the Company's "look and feel" consistently
