Ensures quality & delivery of the portfolio objectives. Providing pre-sales support & initial analysis of the client engagement requirements; Identify business opportunities; Craft SOWs & software quality solutions, meeting client engagements needs; Ensure scope, cost, schedule & resources meet contractual deliverables; SLA oversight, building client relationship & new business development; Analyze technical requirements; Conducts client QA process evaluations & creates SQA summary report & improvement road maps; Provide technical & strategic advice; Creates work breakdown structure & implementation plans for process improvement; Management of a team of SQA engineers & process specialists that lays the strategic quality improvement plans; Develop standards, reviews, audits & best practices; Compile project estimations & costing; Contribute to research & development initiatives; Build engagement teams, managing staff & ensuring resource coverages. Limited domestic travel less than 5% of the time.
Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems & 4 years of work experience.
