Test Operator

Shift: 7am-330pm

Responsibilities:

• Performs the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.

• Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.

• Performs the set-up and testing of more complex systems and mechanical assemblies.

• Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems.

• Follows test process instructions (TPI).

• Determines test specifications, methods, and procedures from statement of work (SOW).

• Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems

• Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.

• May perform other tasks including but not limited to unpacking, packaging, placing labels, and crating

Requirements:

• Requires at least 6 months of related experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of basic office applications, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and databases

• Familiarity with computer components and handling

• Ability to regularly lift, push and/or move up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand for a prolonged period

• Ability to work on ladders or stools

• Highschool diploma or GED
