The Inside Sales Agent is the behind the lines cultivator for the Real Estate Team. Supporting our front line agents to ensure they have a successful career while ensuring the growth and support of iHomes Colorado. Most importantly they are the connection between iHomes Colorado and serving the clients within our community.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Direct Response: Speed to lead reaching out to inbound leads as they are inquiring about programs and properties
Follow-up: Making follow-up calls leads to a variety of lead sources (Facebook, Zillow, IN-bound, Website, etc.)
Booking buyers presentation appointments and showings for potential clients
Continued relationship building with potential clients
Conducting presentations or showings transition with potential clients and licensed agent converting to buyers agency and active iHomes Client.
Facilitate and follow-up client flow through from Agency - Close in tandem with a partnered agent.
Assist with any real estate needs and support throughout contract and negotiation
Support iLoans Colorado with high-value deals and clients
Facilitate and Manage all lead sources to agents
Support new hire training and new agent lead management
Encourage and support agent lead generation
Inspect and manage flow through of leads from inception to closing
Remove and transfer leads to the sales team to ensure full support of clients needs and proper follow-up and conversion of leads
Manage Zillow Marketing account
Partner with Vendors and 3rd party resources for long term growth
Rally brokerage and the team around company initiatives and growth focuses
* Leadership responsibility are additional duties that some of which will eventually shift into higher level roles ultimately finding the roles and balance of production and management
Salary - $2000/month ($24,000 per year)
15% of all CO-agency deals (first 5 in month)
20% of all CO-agency deals (6-10 in month)
