We are in the business of booking home inspections for people across the country who are purchasing homes. We represent our home inspection company clients by providing remarkable service via phone and helping home buyers with the most important transaction of their lives.
Overview:
- Annual salary $22,000-40,000 plus commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling home inspections accurately and efficiently
- Recording customer information within our customer service database
- Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Educating callers on additional inspection services and their benefits
- Collaborating with management teams to stay updated on new services and policies
- Other duties as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Personable on the phone! Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and quality standards
- High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task
