Commercial Superintendent Interiors

iConstructors has an immediate opening for an experienced Interiors/Tenant Improvement Superintendent (Field Supervisor) working from our Tampa office! The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be to supervise all construction functions of the job site while providing excellent customer service to our clients. All projects are within the state of Florida.

The Field Supervisor's daily responsibilities include:.

• Maintains a safe work site and enforces safety protocols to ensure the job site consistently adheres to OSHA safety standards.
• Plans and directs construction activities on the building site
• Supervises the site to maintain a safe and positive work environment
• Communicates regularly with Clients, Property Managers, and Subcontractors to ensure progress is achieved.
• Schedules all involved Subcontractors for each phase of development and construction
• Maintains compliance with all applicable building codes
• Verifies that all checklists are completed and inspections are scheduled and passed
• Executes company policies and enforces uniformity on construction methods to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Completes each project on schedule from planning through occupancy, ensuring all contract obligations are satisfied

The Field Supervisor Should Have:

• Experience working for a commercial general contractor
• Experience managing commercial interiors construction projects with high-end finished in occupied spaces
• OSHA certification (OSHA 30 preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Technology skills to learn and use our software and IT tools
• A valid Florida driver's license and a property insured truck, SUV or van
• Proper authorization to work in the US
