We motivate people to act, leading to results that foster local economic development, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. By 2025, we aim to serve 100,000 LMI households annually, reduce their utility costs by $270 Million and Carbon emission by 1.5 million tons, create 2,000 sustainable jobs, and invest over $100 Million in local communities.

Position Overview:

The primary focus of this position is to support ICASTs sales and business development efforts. In this position, you will make phone calls, send emails and follow up with potential customers and clients, including multifamily property owners, for green upgrades and potential clients/partners for energy-efficiency programs across the US.

Requirements

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years Sales and cold calling experience
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook (email, calendar) & Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to make 20+ calls daily

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in energy efficiency is a plus
  • Experience building rapport with customers
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, reading, and writing skills


Location: Remote in the U.S.A.

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Skill Level: Intermediate

Areas of Expertise: Marketing, Inside Sales, Cold Calling, Relationship Development

Compensation: $55,000/yr + Commission


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and managing assigned tasks in Salesforce
  • Checking email and responding to questions, etc.
  • Completing cold calls to potential customers
  • Logging calls and creating follow-up tasks for yourself
  • Creating and assigning referrals task to the Sales Department
  • Maintaining up to date information in Salesforce
