Job Description

Position Overview:

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our new Omaha call center operation that serves consumer cardholders. We are looking for CSR agents with English and/or bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking ability. Shift timings will be from 11:30 PM-8:00 AM CDT.

Job Description:

  • Provide customer support to consumer cardholders
  • Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support operational performance
  • Share shift summaries and any required reporting with respective Supervisors and Managers
  • Manage to completion any task assigned by management
  • Responsible for following information security tasks as part of the work scope
  • Position requires both voice and none-voice support

We are looking for:

  • Minimum High School

Skills:

  • Shift timings will be from 11:30 PM-8:00 AM CDT.
  • Relevant CSR experience preferably with a background in call center operations
  • Excellent verbal skills and professional demeanor with a good understanding of delivering excellent customer service
  • Familiar with basic computer operations
  • Excellent personal skills
  • Comfortable providing written communication
  • Minimal to no accent for English speakers
