An innovative systems design and integration company, focused on creating simple, reliable communication solutions for teamwork is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator.

The role of the Inside Sales Coordinator is to support business development activities through building client relationships, providing pre-sales coordination, managing the internal quote process and smoothly transitioning projects to the PM team. Our clients are typically high-end corporate offices within Toronto's downtown core. Ideally, we are seeking someone with previous experience in inside sales or customer service that enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of customer service through effective and timely communication with clients and the business development team.

Relationship Management
• Build and foster relationships with hitplay’s existing customer base to deliver responsive service and solutions
• Document and maintain contacts, emails, activities and other relevant information in the client relationship management system
• Effectively manage communication and work flow internally to provide customers and partners with deliverables in the committed timelines
• Understand, document, and fulfill clients’ servicing expectations and reporting requirements
• Participate and coordinate various client relationship initiatives and events

Inside Sales Activities
• Manage sales activities including fielding incoming client requests, quote generation and follow up to receipt of a PO
• Assist business development activities through documenting client requirements & creating conceptual designs
• Work with System Designers for creation of BOMs to develop project budgets
• Manage Bid, Tender and RFQ Requests and Submissions.
• Use CRM to identify quote follow ups, opportunity conversions to win/loss and to generate reports to look at pipeline and sales performance
• Pro-actively manage customer related issues and escalate inquiries to the appropriate internal team [Sales team, PM or Care Team] for immediate resolution
• Assist in numerous administrative activities (presentations, scheduling, proposals and service agreements) for the Sales team
• Facilitate collaboration with various functional areas, including Sales, Integration and hitplay Care to ensure clients are receiving a high level of customer service
• Help create customized proposals for the Sales team when meeting with potential clients


Our ideal candidate will have…
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education
- Excellent Computer skills, MS Office skills
- Excellent written and phone communication skills are a requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales support or customer service
- Minimum 3 years of experience created custom sales proposals
- Interpersonal savvy to develop and grow business relationships with clients and industry partners
- Experience working in the commercial furniture, interior design or construction industry an asset
