Account Manager

Account Manager needed for our Not-for-Profit client in Cornwall. This is a great organization that provides over a hundred online learning centers for colleges and universities across Canada. This a great opportunity for someone with great customer service and account management skills and has a flair for marketing and networking.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Grow course registrations within the Orleans area by developing referral partnerships with employers and community programs
  • Act as a customer service representative to students
  • Identify opportunities to network as well as market the organization to increase awareness of services and products offered
  • Maintain and update database information: student information, marketing activities, daily contact lists and other data to support performance measurements
  • Recruit, train and and supervise Student Services Representatives

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be fluently bilingual with both written and verbal ability
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with NFP organizations and/or local community organizations
  • Must have 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory position, scheduling staff
  • Will ideally be familiar with online and distance education and Ontario post-secondary sector
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for local travel

Education and Certifications
Minimum education required: College Diploma
