What you will do:
As a Business Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of our Operations team, serving as a key contributor to our core business systems and practices. You will interact with various business units at all levels of the organization, where you will apply your unique blend of skills to drive assigned projects to successful completion. In this role, you will create workflows and processes for use across the organization. 


How you will make an impact:
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Assess new initiatives based on strategic alignment, potential impact, resource requirements, and feasibility.
  • Serve as the liaison between multiple departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the intake and implementation processes.
  • Ensure that reports and dashboards to communicate operational metrics to stakeholders and management.are accessible, up-to-date, and provide clear insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies to enhance efficiency, including defining goals, action plans, and performance indicators.
  • Coordinate and schedule external communications, supporting the entire Operations organization, while partnering closely with Marketing and Growth.
  • Ensure that detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are maintained.
  • Assess potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure business operations are resilient and compliant.
  • Track and report on project progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide Operations leadership with operational KPI’s and reporting from software utilized by the team.
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to support team members’ needs and build team culture
How you will grab our attention:
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of applicable experience
  • 3-6 years experience
  • Proven track record leveraging technology to deliver great customer experience
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required 
  • Success working in a deadline driven environment, under high demand
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or equivalent CRM  to create reports, visualizations and dashboards
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work well in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Work in a remote, fast-paced, dynamic environment with autonomy using the highest degree of integrity and sound judgment
  • Strong technical aptitude and advanced experience in Google Suite, Excel, task management software, Trello and other task management software preferred
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • High degree of creativity and problem-solving ability
  • Able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated system design and documentation skills
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with internal and external teams
