Position: Project Manager [Requisition: 202209275]

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Clearance Required: Candidate must be a US Citizen, and have at least a Public Trust clearance. Candidate must be clearable.

Job Description:

• Responsible for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage scope through maintenance of a requirements traceability matrix as well as a change control process.

• Manage the Agile delivery process including backlog management, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

• Define and deliver a change and risk management plan and execute the change process.

• Define and maintain a master schedule that shows all activities for all involved entities

Education: Some college education preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years performing project management on projects of similar scope and complexity

• Familiarity with child welfare systems / system requirements

• At least one project delivered using Agile approach

• Experience with document and procedural standards for project deliverables

• Experience with developing change management plan and a risk management plan

Certifications: Holds a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Clearance Required: Candidate must be a US Citizen, and have at least a Public Trust clearance. Candidate must be clearable.
