Job Description

*REMOTE OPPORTUNITY*

Job Summary:

The ERP Architect Special (Portfolio Manager) shall provide Portfolio Management System architecture documentation that identifies the servers associated with the system and its interdependency with other systems such as AKO/EAMS-A. Create, maintain, revise, and update all system documentation by system or as technology. The selected candidate shall provide written descriptions of the software components at the module level, the logical data model, and data flows for application databases, user interfaces, and security mechanisms. This documentation will include server topology and configuration documents as required, and accurately articulate what services are being hosted. The selected candidate shall update architecture documents and provided the updated documents to the COR within 14 days of completing system changes. The selected candidate shall incorporate changes into the original document and captured with the appropriate revision number. The selected candidate shall update existing documents and create new documents when triggered by proposed new systems, or changes. The selected candidate shall develop and maintain a thorough and complete architecture package with clear descriptions defining the application architecture and supporting visual attachments (10-30 pages). Standards: (1) Maintain Server Topology Documents Update Documentation within 14 workings days of changes. (2) Maintain Hardware and Software Inventory. Update Documentation within 14 workings days of changes. (3) Maintain Data Flow and PPS Documents. Update Documentation within 14 workings days of changes.

The ERP Architect (APMS Analyst) shall provide support to the Information Integration (II) Directorate’s Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS) team lead. The selected candidate shall provide portfolio management support and administrative tasks to ensure the requirements of the contract are met and to ensure adequate controls and supervises all personnel who perform services under this contract. The ERP Architect (APMS Analyst) shall provide all necessary personnel, administrative, financial, and managerial resources required to support this contract. The selected candidate will need to gain a working knowledge of TRADOC and its sub-organizations to include but not limited to the command structure, functions, and command priorities. The selected candidate will need to gain working knowledge of the Army Portfolio Management Solution tool or similar database repositories.

The ERP Architect (APMS Analyst) shall assist G-6’ management of the data contained in APMS. This support will gather data from the Army’s IT Registry or Inventory of IT Systems (AITR), and Defense Business System Investment Review Board Certifications as well as Department of Defense Information Technology Portfolio Repository (DITPR), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), E-Authentication, and records management systems.

ERP Architect (APMS Analyst) personnel shall conduct ongoing analysis of the content delivered to targeted communities through the APMS portals to determine its relevance to the customer’s knowledge requirements.

Education:

Minimum of a 4-year college degree in a related field

Experience:

Minimum of 6 year's work experience in the field
