eGlobalTech's Award-Winning Cyber Solutions Practice is looking for a Forescount SME to join our rapidly growing team headquartered in Arlington, VA! This position supports projects located in Washington, DC, Rockville, MD, and Northern Virginia- with some telework options.
As a ForeScout Engineer on our project, you'll work with a highly skilled team focused on implementing and operating next generation security solutions for government and commercial clients. You'll work to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions.
You will advise the team through a critical approach to network design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions, to maintain a balance of security and mission needs. Your technical expertise will be critical as you help customers overcome their most difficult challenges by integrating secure practices and perform hands-on evaluation, implementation, and operation of leading security Cyber defense tools and technologies. You will also apply in-depth defense strategies in large and complex networks to rapidly identify vulnerabilities and threats, prioritize response actions, and develop effective counter-measures.
Qualified candidates should have at least three years of hands on experience working with Forescout and federal or commercial consulting experience. This role requires candidates to have at least a bachelor's degree and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. * Provide support to our federal customers, located in the Washington DC Metro area, in the fields of Forescout and Cyber Security Engineering. * Use Forescout to develop, enhance and maintain situational awareness and visibility of agency Hardware Asset Inventory and Network Access Control and consult with end users to identify additional application and business requirements. * Support design, development, creation & implementation of the use cases within GRC applications. * Use Continuous Diagnostics and Monitoring (CDM) knowledge to provide cutting edge best practices to our federal clients. * End-to-end configuration of the new and existing applications managing every aspect of the SDLC including layout, workflow, reporting, notification, questionnaires, access controls, packaging, etc. Resolve platform & end user related issues. * You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing subject matter expertise, guidance, and applying best practices. * Perform administrative tasks, Access Controls (Groups, Roles & Record permissions configuration) Debug performance issues Perform testing & migration support into different environments.
## Required Qualifications
* Must have a bachelor's degree and at least eight years of relevant work experience. * Forescout Certified Engineer (FSCE) certification. * At least three years of hands on experience working with Forescout. * Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; Secret Clearance Eligibility is preferred. * Great communication and interpersonal skills.
