eGenerationMarketing is a leader in the digital legal lead generation space, working with over 200 law firms across the United States. Located in Boston’s Seaport district, we have been in business for over a decade and are currently looking to push our growth potential in 2022.
We own and operate a network of web properties that are fueled by internet advertising campaigns that directly generate millions of dollars for our partner clients.
We Are Looking For:
An established or up and coming sales leader with 2-7 years of management experience who will join our leadership team and directly manage our client success, sales and BDR teams. These teams are responsible for identifying, closing and maintaining a client network that spans across the country.
As the Sales Director you will:
Manage a team of 4-5 sellers, BDRs and client success staff as well as help to recruit and train additional hires
Lead our sales team by devising pricing, outreach and closing strategies
Direct up-selling, cross-selling and onboarding new accounts
Refine and optimize our CRM and proprietary Ad-tech
Work with our advertising, R&D and tech teams to enhance current offerings and roadmap new product initiatives.
Become a member of our leadership team and report directly to the CEO
Achieve quarterly goals revolving around net new revenue, account growth and value of sale

Ideal candidate has 2-7 years of management experience, ideally selling B2B digital marketing products or services

Passionate and energetic with excellent relationship development skills
Outgoing and friendly with a polished phone/Zoom presence
A natural leader that has the ability to inspire and manage a team. Prior team management experience desired
