Role Summary

eClerx is seeking a KYC Program Manager for our Client Lifecycle Practice area. In this role, you will lead KYC analysts and KYC consulting workstreams. Candidates will have experience in Corporate Investment Banking and or Global Markets. You will be responsible for operational delivery and ongoing optimization

In This Position, You Will

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a set of services that deliver various client onboarding, client lifecycle and KYC operations for an investment bank
  • Serve as point of contact for service sponsors and stakeholders
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the bank’s internal stakeholders in Sales, Client On Boarding and Compliance functions, and with eClerx leadership and delivery personnel, to manage service scope, engagement model and ensure operating model are optimized on an ongoing basis
  • Drive continuous delivery improvement initiatives across people, process and technology
  • Design best-fit solutions enabling sponsors to adopt and integrate industry best practices and eClerx’s client-life-cycle products and services
  • Lead operations team in day-to-day operational execution of client-lifecycle functions
Eligibility Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services preferably with Corporate and Investment Banking, and/or Global Markets
  • 5+ years of experience working in the client on boarding and KYC related domains, including experience with hands-on operations management
  • Professional maturity and experience to interact with clients, senior bankers and senior management
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams in complex organizations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
  • Understanding and knowledge of a bank’s operations
  • Must be a self-starter who takes accountability, and acts like an owner
  • Must demonstrate a strong client focus
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and overall communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must demonstrate strong collaboration and teaming skills
  • Bachelor’s degree desired
