We are seeking a Bilingual English-Spanish Junior International Account Manager to help deliver innovative simulation technology solutions that provide value and focus on the user experience. Designed and fabricated by e-Tech, we enable our clients to have a high-fidelity operation experience of various industrial machines. E-Tech Simulation also offers a variety of business solutions that helps our sales team achieve targets and supports them along the sales process.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Identifies new channels for product promotion through calling, researching and using internet resources.
· Supports the team by help the creation of proposals and marketing materials
· Ensures that all prospective and existing projects are regularly updated on the customer relation management (CRM) system.
· Contacts existing clients on a regular basis to ensure user satisfaction and find new business opportunities.
