About this position

Our flagship property is an epicenter for the dosist brand, where wellness education, culture, and community come together in one location. The Manager of Experience + Performance develops and leads a high performing team to bring the vision of dosist to life in this exclusive in-person brand experience.

Core Responsibilities

Inspiration

  • Hire and develop a team designed to create an environment that makes guests feel comfortable to explore, ask questions, and learn about how plant based therapy can improve their lives — including a private experience designed exclusively for high profile guests
  • Observe interactions and provide timely, specific, and actionable feedback to help individuals grow
  • Champion the dosist vision and culture to ensure the team brings our values to life in every interaction
  • Lead and develop individuals to help them achieve their professional and personal goals

Collaboration

  • Lead and manage a team of guides who serve as ambassadors for the dosist brand by engaging with customers through 1:1 interactions or through the delivery of quality, custom programming
  • Leverage data, both qualitative and quantitative, to perform root cause analysis when problems arise
  • Test and iterate solutions or strategies in partnership with the on-property team and support office
  • Deliver communication to teams to ensure steadfast alignment to brand goals and current initiatives
  • Balance the needs of multiple direct reports in different areas of the property with a variety of responsibilities and encourage teamwork and collaborative problem solving

Accountability

  • Ensure that every guest is approached, welcomed, and guided through the end-to-end dosist journey
  • Maximize programming attendance by driving awareness with guests, with strategic resource planning and scheduling, and with team engagement and development
  • Maintain merchandising presentation and ensure displays and demo products are to standard
  • Monitor traffic and demand, programming attendance, and customer and employee experience metrics
  • Drive teams to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets
  • Enforce all policies, processes, and relevant government regulation
  • Complete tasks as directed by the support office and Flagship Director
  • Perform other responsibilities as required by the business

Key requirements

5-7 years of luxury retail, hospitality, health and wellness or comparable experience

Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends

Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree a plus

Multilingual a plus
