What does a Account Coordinator do? They are the soul of our reputation!

What is it that they do, might you ask?

· Answering incoming calls regarding potential commercial moves, rigging and warehousing

· Scheduling appointments for our Sales Manager as well as follow up with arranging relocation dates and times.

· Keeping customers updated during each phase of their move

· Problem solving

How do they do this?

· Maintaining high level of professionalism

· Working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

· Work with the team to stay updated on company policies/procedures

· Turning frustrated clients into repeat customers

What else will you need to be successful?

· Ability to be a team player

· Minimum of a high school diploma or GE
