[Job Summary]
Provide administrative, technical support and general office assistance for office in New Jersey, including support for Human Resources (HR), Payroll and other functional areas as needed.

[Job Description]
Support HR in benefits administration and payroll process, including employee onboarding and exit, and other task necessary and/or required to support HR's day-to-day activities.
  • Provide IT administrative support address any IT issues with the support of HQ IT. Assist in reporting to HQ IT for any office system and technical challenge to find resolution.
  • Prepare new hire onboarding materials ensuring all systems and equipment are ready in coordination with HQ and the NJ office.
  • Support HR in employee exit ensuring all equipment are returned and cancelled.
  • Perform a wide range of general administrative, coordination and assistant duties.
  • Applies knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in various functional areas.
  • Oversee and administer day-to-day activities of the office.
  • Responsible for handling general affairs and office management.
  • Procurement/inventory control of office supplies and stationeries, pantry supplies, etc.
  • Prepare reports, set-up meetings, research or gather information, etc., to support general office activities.
  • Perform other tasks as required for the general office administration.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative services, office management, general affair, HR, and Payroll. Experience in the pharma or healthcare industry is preferred.
Strong computer skills and proficient in MS application (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge in HR and Payroll.
  • Posses analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to keep and maintain confidential company data and records.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with the different levels in the company.
