We are seeking a Support Representative to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding team support and customer service for your team members and our valued clients. This is a key role in supporting our legacy business, and a great springboard for growth within the company. - Assist clients with any incoming requests via phone or email
- Act as a technical resource in a team environment
- Always look to improve processes and workflows and keep related documentation up to date
- Assist the engineering team with projects when needed and as workload and skill set allow
- Question everything
- 1 year or more in a client facing technical or support role for a software or technology company
- Familiar with Windows functionality & workflow
- Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, self motivated and deadline driven
- Knowledge of social media as used for business marketing
- Basic knowledge of email system integration for web services
- Knowledge of WordPress a plus
- Experience in digital marketing a plus
