Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Resolve urgent issues for customers via phone, in person, or remotely
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Over the phone, demonstrates professional grammar, tone, and volume. Use proper sentence structure, positive language and transitions
  • Uses effective listening, questioning and call control techniques
  • When communicating in writing, composes professional correspondence, demonstrating good writing skills, courtesy, and technical acumen
  • Conduct remote sessions and onsite visits with customers as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Industry Certifications a plus
