Call Center Support Specialist
Zurich is currently looking for a Customer Service representative to join the Finance & Insurance Customer Service Team in the Overland Park, KS office. Our hours of operation are 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM Monday through Friday. Current positions are available for the 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM shift, with opportunities to move into earlier shifts in the future.
F&I Customer Service is an energetic, customer focused environment, responsible for providing superior customer service by responding to non-routine telephone and electronic inquiries from commercial automotive customers, consumers, and the organization's sales professionals. We are looking for customer-oriented service representatives who are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative; skilled problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and value customer satisfaction.
- Bachelors Degree and No prior experience required in the Customer Service area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Customer Service area
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
