Client Account Manager Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Liasion between clients and the business, communicating their needs and resolving issues
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Ensure the clients needs are always met and exceeded
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage clients

Client Account Manager Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum of 1-year of experience in a client-facing role
  • Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual in Spanish, a plus!
