Zoom Contracting has been providing exceptional interior renovation services to eclectic New York City clientele since 2001. We have an immediate opening for a Receptionist Administrative Assistant.

Receptionist Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Corresponding with clients via Email & Phone
  • Inputting data into Quick Books
  • Tracking and scheduling deliveries to projects
  • Organizing and Filing
  • Other administrative tasks, as needed

Qualifications

  • Detail oriented, self-motivated and well organized
  • Candidate must be computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office software
  • Company is using Quick Books and EXPERIENCE with the program is REQUIRED
  • Dedicated, motivated person willing to wear several hats
  • Candidate must be able to work well under pressure and be proactive
  • Must also be able to work unsupervised
  • Knowledge of the construction field is a plus.

Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00
