Request for Temporary Help Support for HR Services Center from Oct 25 - Nov 20 inclusive of set-up, training & wrap-up time.
This additional support is needed for peak call center support during the Annual Benefits Open Enrollment season on Nov 1-15.
Here are the position specifications:
2 years call center experience
Computer literacy (MS Windows)
Must demostrate a clear understading of confidentiality and safekeeping of company records
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to work in a fast pace enviroment
Must be a quick learner
Flexible with work assignments
