Position Title: Brand Ambassador - Temporary & Part Time Position
Compensation - $20 - $25 hourly DOE
This is a part time temporary position with the potential opportunity for a full-time permanent role as a Sales Account Executive after the successful completion of the Brand Ambassador position.

Job Summary
The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for promoting Ziply Fiber’s products and services throughout a given geographic territory, supporting company growth goals. The person in this role will be the first impression of Ziply Fiber, we are looking for passionate, personable, and professional individuals able to connect with the local community on behalf of Ziply Fiber.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Increase Ziply Fiber’s brand awareness about services and products within a geographical territory.
Tell the story of Ziply Fiber, by walking door-to-door, talking about Ziply Fiber’s plans for improved internet service in residential communities.
Attend local events to represent the Ziply Fiber brand, normally with other employees.
Collaborate your schedule with internal staff and local Ziply Fiber construction crews for the door knocking activity.
Generate product interest and leads for future sales.
Maintain a positive image of the company.
Qualifications:
6+ months of sales, events, marketing and/or customer service experience or prior military service
Bilingual - English & Spanish
Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service in a calm, professional manner
Must be enthusiastic and professional
Must have access to reliable transportation
Must be able to pass local community background checks and permitting processes
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.
Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
Ability to work within critical deadlines.
Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Work Authorization

Work Environment
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work is primarily a modern office setting.
