Summary of Job

As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator on our Enterprise Applications team, you will use your expertise in the Salesforce platform to create solutions that drive important initiatives forward and help us achieve our vision of creating simple, secure and frictionless tools.

This role will be responsible for working with developers and the business in the management and development of Salesforce, to ensure full utilization and tailoring of the platform to match and support business objectives. The successful candidate will analyze business processes, build declarative tooling, manage, communicate automations to the business and improve the user experience and increase user productivity.

Key Focuses:

  • Serve as a system administrator for our environment with 700+ users
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Create, troubleshoot and manage complex formulas, data validation, and triggers 
  • Create and maintain user documentation specific to our instance, integrations, and custom deployments 
  • Evaluate releases to identify, communicate and control impacts to features or API's we depend on 
  • Work with project teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to think critically while troubleshooting workflows, formulas and flows
  • General knowledge and understanding of how to build Salesforce Reports and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong ability to meet targets, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage key relationships with team leads and department heads across the organization
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in creating and validating test plans for both manual and automated processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
  • Experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
  • Apex experience preferred
