Summary:

The A/V Field Engineer function of the IT team focuses on supporting the company's multimedia needs as well as working with related platforms, services, vendors and systems. As a subject matter expert, you will provide the company with the knowledge required to deliver top quality results. This role will include office AV setups, video editing, large offsite events, and managing our physical meeting spaces.

Key Focuses:

• Work with multimedia software for Mac and PC such as: Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and iMovie
• Ability to configure, install, operate, test and troubleshooting various AV equipment such as sound mixing board, microphones and professional cameras
• Administer video conferencing platforms including Google Meet, Zoom, Webex and Skype
• Field tickets for Five9, Slack and other communication applications
• Document & troubleshoot issues utilizing a ticketing system (Ivanti)
• Ability to balance long and short-term deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced working environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of AV technical support, or customer support experience
• Must be willing to work nights/weekends and travel both domestically/internationally, as needed
• Exhibit working knowledge of Windows and MacOS
• Familiarity with Google Suite
• Exceptional problem solving skills, able to adapt and perform in high pressure situations
• Effective communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to knowledge base articles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with video editing and the software associated with it, such as iMovie or Adobe Premiere
• Awareness of the latest trends, hardware, and features in AV equipment

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $52,500-$62,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
