Summary-(HYBRID-Dallas, TX headquarters)
If you are a highly organized professional with a passion to help coordinate innovative ideas, then we'd like to talk to you. We're looking for someone to help us on the ground level as we evolve our platform even further and bring a better experience both to our restaurant guests and our restaurant partners.
Our Project Coordinator and Manager role involves working with senior staff to help align company departments and objectives to develop new technologies and capabilities. You'll be a key part of meetings with the leaders of the company and helping to ensure that the details of projects are well communicated across teams, and well documented. While no technical knowledge is required, a learning attitude is welcomed as you'll have exposure to the various departments of the company with the mobility to shift into any of them if desired. Communication and organization of details and documentation is a skill suited for this role. So, if you're the organized type, we want you. Because you'll be working closely with our key projects and our leadership team, we're only looking for candidates that live in the Dallas area, where our headquarters is located, or those willing to re-locate.
Experience & Skills
4 year Degree in Communications, Computer Science or Management (nice to have, not required)
0-1 year project coordination and management experience
MS Excel (Intermediate)
MS PowerPoint (Intermediate)
Any Project Management software (MS Project, Monday.com, etc.) experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt and learn in an evolving technology environment
