Clinical Lead

Position Overview

We're hiring a Clinical Lead who can help us more effectively accomplish our mission as a company. Our mission is to work together to provide holistic mental and emotional wellness that will positively impact our clients, families, and communities.

• Provide Training and Development to emerging clinicians
• Assist in creating policies and procedures that support our mission and services
• Monitor and oversee clinical work
• Help to build and support a positive work environment
• Work collaboratively with leadership to enhance and grow the practice and service lines
• Maintain a caseload of 20 clients

We seek a Clinical Lead with passion and energy that desires to make an impact on our team, clients, and community.

Who You'll Work With

This is a W-2 position that reports directly to the Clinical Director. You'll interact with our clinical and admin staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, couples, and group therapy for ZRCS clients as applicable
• Participates in collaborative staff meetings
• Create collaborative treatment plans with clients and utilize treatment plans to inform all services
• Must meet the weekly minimum of 20 clinical hours
• Conducts Bio-Psycho-Social Assessments and comprehensive intakes of all prospective clients
• Participates in community marketing initiatives and meetings as called upon by Clinical Director
• Communicates with referral sources and coordinates care with external providers when necessary
• Maintains a caseload of primary clients and is responsible for the management of those clients' care
• Provides weekly supervision to 3 residents. Reviews and approves progress notes
• Open to "co-facilitating" training as called upon by Clinical Director
• Participates in the development and implementation of new clinical groups and initiates new programming ideas
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date charts that are in compliance with the expectations and standards outlined in ZRCS's Policy and Procedure manual
• Participates in Utilization Reviews as needed and instructed by Clinical Director
• Participates in weekly supervision with Clinical Director

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a caseload of 20 clients.

A secondary responsibility will be to provide clinical direction and instruction to the clinical team and work closely with the leadership.

More specifically, you will:

• Maintains a caseload of primary clients and is responsible for the management of those clients' care
• Participate in community marketing initiatives and meetings as called upon by Clinical Director
• Provides weekly supervision to 4 provisionally licensed clinicians.
• Review and approve progress notes.
• Open to "co-facilitating" group supervision
• Participates in the development and implementation of new clinical groups and initiates new programming ideas
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date charts that comply with the expectations and standards outlined in ZRCS's Policy and Procedure manual
• Participates in Utilization Reviews

Requirements

As we're looking for an ideal fit and our Clinical Lead must possess the following:

• Must have an active Virginia LPC license
• Approved Virginia Supervisor (or open to taking the supervisor training)
• Must have 1-2 years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Knowledge and application of CBT and DBT
• Previous experience facilitating groups
• Positive Attitude/Solution Focused
• Excellent communication
• Attention to details

Compensation
