Zinque is a micro chain of hip wine bars located on Abbot Kinney Blvd. in Venice, in West Hollywood, in Newport Beach and DTLA . We are opening a new beautiful location in Little Italy in San Diego.
We are a French/European restaurant serving exceptional products in a beautiful space. Our company also owns Massilia, a European restaurant in Santa Monica.
We are hiring an experienced manager to oversee the opening of Zinque Little Italy, hire and train opening staff, and run operations. This position requires experience with high volume food and beverage operations, but more importantly a passion for food and amazing customer service.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, but also problem solvers and great team leaders, interested in a position with unbelievable opportunity for growth.
Attention to details is of the upmost importance.

- A minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in a non-corporate as well as corporate chain restaurant.
- Extensive experience in managing and motivating staff.
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks concurrently.
- Food Handler Certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Health Department rules and regulations.
- Must have the ability to work varied and flexible hours.
- Must have the ability to comply and implement all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Spanish and/or French speaking a plus. Especially with a passion for European food.
- Knowledge and experience in optimizing labor costs and food costs and optimizing operations.
