We are seeking an experienced office administrator to handle standard clerical, answering phones and routing accordingly, scheduling; but more important we need someone with good multitasking skills to handle time sheets weekly, assist with adhoc onboarding, perform weekly due diligence and monthly compliance as needed in our front, middle and back office.
Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our in-house employees.
The individual will be responsible for maintaining expiration dates for all our active vendors and consultants, as it relates to valid work authorizations and COI’s (Certificate of Insurances).
They will follow-up with our vendors as needed to get required updated documentation and then calendar next follow-up. Attention to detail and good follow-up skills would be ideal.
He/She will have to use Excel and Access on a regular basis so being tech savvy or proficient in MS office would be required.
- MS Access and Excel are important skills, so the admins are going to fall in 1 of 3 categories:
- Highly proficient - Have the experience currently
- Need refresher - used it extensively in the past and need a quick refresher and/or training
- Come from a tech savvy background and they can pick it up quickly.
