Desktop Support Technician

Exciting Opportunity to work as a Desktop Support Technician for a global flavor and fragrance global company! Main responsibility will be to assist with the integration of an acquired company.
Must be able to travel between site in Budd Lake, NJ and the acquired site in Bethlehem, PA.
Responsibilities:
Learn the company’s IT environment
Imaging of computers, barcode scanners, label printers
Support for onsite computer issues as they arise
Escalate issues to service desk manager.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems.
General knowledge of IT infrastructure.
Good knowledge of informatics.
Basic knowledge in SAP system.
Education:
Minimum 2 years of experience in domain of expertise.
