Customer Service Administrator - Contract

Seeking a strong Customer Focus Administrative Support person for a short term contract position with a Top Notch company. Experience in a Manufacturing Setting in required.

Education & Experience:

· Associate or Bachelor Degree Preferred

· Experience with customer or dealer communications is a plus

· Proficient MS Office computer skills are required (knowledge of SAP is a plus)

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

· At least 5 years of customer service experience

· Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills

· Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and administrative skills

· Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize workload while meeting program and departmental deadlines

· Ability to thoroughly identify and analyze opportunities and develop effective and timely resolutions

· Ability to produce ad hoc reports in MS Excel to facilitate customer-driven requests
