We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat, and phone
Tuesday – Friday from 11:00am-7:00pm (onsite) at our Totowa office, and Saturday from 9:00-5:30pm (remote/work from home)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries by email, chat, and phone via Zendesk
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources
- Manage customer accounts
- Keep records of and follow up on customer interactions/transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-year customer service experience required
- Experience with CRM system, preferably Zendesk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
