ZIEHL-ABEGG is looking for a high energy and results-oriented --- Internal Sales Administrator - who can be a strong contributor to our heavily expanding company.

 Internal Sales Administrator

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Processing & coordinating customer orders and sending order confirmations to customers
  • Support customers inquiries (e.g. updating orders, responding to questions)
  • Provide assistance to sales team for questions on deliveries
  • Organization of on-time shipments to North American customers
  • Clarify & coordinate delivery times with suppliers and production
  • Communicating projected delivery times to customers
  • Administer master customer file data in ErP system (entering new customers, updating existing customers, etc.)
  • Administer information in CRM (create new accounts and contacts, work with Activities and Opportunities, etc.)
  • Coordinate credit applications for new customers and check credit limits for new and existing customers
  • Provide customers with quotations for replacement business
  • Maintain product & company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
  • Process credit card payments
  • Ensure that the CRM is kept up to date
  • Additional Project

Job Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of administrative tasks & customer service/support
  • Understanding of inventory management
  • Professional oral and written communication skills internally and externally with team members and customers
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to work with a variety of people
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience working in an Erp system and CRM system
