Administrative Assistant - Engineering Department

Zermatt Utah (aka Zermatt Resort & Spa), located in Midway, Utah is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Engineering Administrative Assistant. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Engineering team and performing essential functions such as assisting the Director of Engineering with administrative functions; assist in managing departmental purchasing and receiving; maintaining the Engineering filing system; creating & tracking Work Orders; tracking parts inventory; assisting in tracking the Engineering budget; communicating with other departments to relay the necessary updates and information on behalf of Engineering; assisting in coordinating team meetings & recording minutes; assisting guests & associates visiting the Engineering office; and other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities. Previous Office Management or Administrative Assistant experience required. Must have strong experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook, and must type at least 30 WPM. Must possess exemplary guest service & written/verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage many projects simultaneously.
