Job Description
Successful, trusted SaaS company in the Washington, DC metro area has an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson. You must have exceptional closing skills, be willing to knock on new doors, be technically-minded with experience in SaaS sales, be effective in overcoming resistance and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You must have experience in managing the enterprise sales cycle and strong discipline in managing a sales pipeline.

The successful candidate will play a leadership role within the growth team and be in charge of expanding the enterprise market. Being a team player with strong communication skills and flexibility are critical, in addition to a proven track record in SaaS sales.

Responsibilities
Using a consultative sales approach, this position requires:
  • Creating and managing the enterprise pipeline
  • Expanding within existing enterprise customers
  • Playing a key role in proposal development and product demonstrations
  • Leading and managing all enterprise contract and pricing negotiations
  • Providing the leadership team with ongoing, accurate forecasting
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified meetings and revenue goals
  • Leading a team of sales representatives and their corresponding pipelines
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of closing 6-figure ARR deals
  • Proven track record of accurately forecasting booking targets
  • Must have strong discipline in managing pipeline and the enterprise sales cycle
  • Strong desire to be technically self-sufficient
  • Strong knowledge of the SaaS business model and enterprise sales cycle
  • Proven track record of success selling to CIO- and CISO-level executives
  • Experience in a revenue-generating role for similar organizations

Requirements

Proven track record of accurately forecasting booking targets
Strong discipline in managing pipeline and the enterprise sales cycle
Strong knowledge of the SaaS business model and enterprise sales cycle
