Job Description


Looking for a Call Center Rep to work 2nd shift and must be bilingual/ Speak Spanish and English

  • 1 - 2 years call center and customer service experience needed.
  • Must speak fluent Spanish
  • Must pass BG and DT.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Processing calls with the aid of a script
  • Meeting Association of TeleServices International standards
  • Determining the appropriate information to relay to the customer
  • Monitoring the action queue
  • Telephone Answering Service
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Employee Reporting Service
  • Voice Mail and Auto-Attendant
  • Medical Answering Service
