As the Director of People...
You are responsible for driving the people strategy to align with business objectives and goals. You will provide senior-level Human Resources advising and coaching to all levels of leadership and their respective teams to ensure company goals and objectives are fulfilled.
Building strategy, overseeing, and implementing all Human Resources, Recruiting, Training & Development, Office & Facilities functions.
Collaborating with Executive Team to ensure the effective and timely delivery of impactful HR services and solutions, including talent acquisition, talent management and development, compensation, benefits, and HR technology solutions.
Serving as a consultant to the leadership team on Human Resources related issues.
Drive a performance culture, built around trust and action.
Implementing and managing end-to-end HR processes that ensure the consistent delivery of HR services and results.
Identifying staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
Monitoring and ensuring Zengistics compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to leadership.
Ensures the maintenance records of transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, attendance records, discipline records, employee performance appraisal records and schedules.

A college graduate holding a BA/BS degree.
Experienced in developing and executing effective Human Resources strategies.
Strong issue resolution and negotiation skills.
Executive presence and effective in leading an organization while being a collaborative member of a team.
Experience with, and deep understanding, of current Human Resources trends and regulations.
Highly motivated with an outstanding work ethic and competitive drive.
A great communicator with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
Extremely detail oriented and able to adapt in any situation.
Able to approach problems flexibly and demonstrate creativity in solving them.
Able to be in person at our Austin office.
PHR or SHRM-CP desired but not required.
