This position is available on a PART TIME basis, averaging 10 hours a week, requiring up to 300 hours annually (flexible).
Provide lessons learned and expertise in Operationalizing technology transition/integration into a USAF Weapon System assisting transition to operations planning and execution management for the team delivering initial operational capabilities to the warfighter. Prepare and deliver an Operational transition strategy for accepting and deploying warfighter capability in an agile and/or DEVSECOPS delivery model. Provide related experience in assisting in production of an AOC Weapon System Block 20 Management Plan. This plan will also outline the roles, responsibilities, and key relationships among Kessel Run (SPO), ACC (Lead Command), and site communities to ensure sustainment activities work hand-in-hand with operations for successful AOC Block 20 implementation and evolution.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to plan, organize, develop, and assist the government in system architecture approaches and to provide support to multiple complex technical program efforts. Provide expertise in DOD areas such as doctrine, policy, and organization.
Possess a proven subject matter expertise in areas such as command and control, intelligence, acquisition, data handling, space, cyber, and intelligence data handling.
Required: Advanced degree (Master's/PHD), at least 10 years' experience of increasing responsibility in DOD system/software development and considered subject matter expert in assignment related technical area.
Desired: Advanced degree (Master's/PHD) in scientific or engineering discipline
