This position is eligible for the $500 ZelTech Non Employee Referral Bonus* * This position is Contingent upon contract award. * SUMMARY: Personnel shall provide advisory Scientific Engineering and Technical Assistance, expertise, provide feedback; advice; analysis; and assist in development of new concepts, acquisition approaches, business processes, and operations of National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Research. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Contractor Program Manager (CPM) is expected to provide strong technical and programmatic leadership and to possess the required qualifications needed to perform their tasks. Contract Program Manager will oversee the daily operations, staffing, and product delivery in accordance with the SOW. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support all prime contractor and subcontractor activities related to performance, financials and burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, and modifications. * Maintain regular communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government PM (GPM), keep the COR and GPM informed of relevant contractor-related information, significant risks, issues, and their associated resolution plans and status. * Ensure the contractor team includes subject matter experts needed to provide correct advice on NGA programs, projects, and activities at both the programmatic and technical levels. * Produce financial, performance/activity, and staffing reports and reviews including quarterly government contract program management reviews including financial, schedule, and performance updates. * Produce monthly program status reports compiling contract personnel inputs and addressing team member performance including financial status report spreadsheet(s) with specific content by project/program and with contract expenditures, rates, and estimated cost at completion (EAC). * Provide other outputs including reports, briefings, training, presentation support as requested. SKILLS: * Demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 products including Excel, Power Point, and Word. * Display strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written/oral communication skills. * Detail-oriented team leaders who can consistently meet deadlines and possess the ability to work independently as needed. * Able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse work group of vendors, executive managers, subcontractors, consultants, and other professionals. * Communicate effectively with company executives and employees, in writings and verbally; must be comfortable speaking clearly, effectively, and confidently.
Experience working within a government Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) * Experience deriving and marking classified documents according to the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) and security classification guides. * Demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 products including Excel, Power Point, and Word. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: * Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline. * Required: 13 years of experience and a MA/MS degree OR in place of a MA/MS degree, an individual must have a BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience within a discipline relevant to the work associated with the position. * At least 5 years of contract management experience on Federal contracts. DESIRED: PMP certification strongly desired. OTHER: * Must pass drug test. * US Citizenship required. * Must have an active and/or currently possess a fully adjudicated (not an interim) Top Secret clearance with SCI. * May be subject to a Polygraph.
