We are looking for a customer service representative. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a brief period and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with every situation in a professional manner.

- Addressing all customer questions and concerns in a courteous manner.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve client or member accounts and issues
- Suggest ideas and improvements.
- Have strong professional communication skills, in person and on the phone.
- Strong organizational skills
- Be flexible and willing to learn.
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
