Our company has incurred a lot of growth lately and we need another valued team member to come aboard to support our wonderful Residential and Commercial customers.
This role serves as an additional point of contact for employees working in the field to customers on all matters pertaining to the day to day operations of the company. Customer service is key.
This person must think quickly on their feet, be able to multitask and manage multiple assignments at once, especially in MS Excel and must have attention to detail. This person must possess basic problem solving skills and demonstrate common sense. High Energy is a great trait for success in this role, but not required.
Applicant must be able to demonstrate prior work experience where they showed attention to detail, MS Excel, multitasking and customer service phone skills.
Job responsibilities will include:
Answering the phone
Handling general administrative duties
Special projects as assigned.
Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Person must be punctual, outgoing, friendly, positive, trustworthy and able to produce references upon request.
*This person must be able to multitask, be comfortable answering a multiline phone system and know MS Excel to a high level of efficiency.
