The Little Dipper Fondue in downtown Wilmington is looking for kitchen staff for part-time and full-time positions. Some experience is preferred, especially in a fast paced environment, but we are willing to train the right people.
We are hiring for Prep, Line Cooks, and Dishwashers. Prep shifts start at 12pm and end no later than 10pm, all other positions vary between 3pm and 11pm, Tuesday through Sunday.
We are not a traditional kitchen (we have an air conditioned kitchen for one haha) and have a limited amount of dishes to prepare. Most of the cooking is done at the table by the guests, but we still serve items from the grill, salads, soups, desserts, and cheese fondue.
