Job Description

We are an established construction company in FL, Zackary Group is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for answering incoming calls and providing Five Star Customer Service!

Job Description:
* Answering incoming calls, emails and chats
Placing orders
* Answering Customer inquires
* Resolving Customer related issues
* Perform data entry associated with the position
Live Chat
* Light outbound calls to customers to follow up on orders, inventory, shipping, etc

* Previous customer service handling inbound calls in a call center atmosphere or e-commerce experience preferred
* Looking for someone who is confident, outgoing and self-motivated
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Must be able to Multi-task
* Must be confident with making outbound calls
