We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving insurance-related technical issues.
- Take insurance orders for medical device covered under the ACA
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints; heavy phone work
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving insurers, products and services
- Previous experience in health care industry, customer service, or other related fields
- Detail oriented; Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
