Your Life ABA (YLA) is seeking a qualified Administrative Coordinator Technician will be responsible to support the clinic in order to create a cohesive work environment by performing duties including but not limited to answering phones, preparing student files, correspondence, reports, performing data entry, greeting visitors, and other assigned duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creates and maintains files.
Schedules appointments and meetings; keeps an accurate record of appointment/examination information; notifies personnel/clients promptly of scheduling changes regarding appointments or meetings.
Ensures any clinical documentation is signed and kept in a HIPPA Compliant file or stored on the EMR.
Maintains contact with districts, parents/guardians, and outside organizations to obtain paperwork.
Answers the telephone.
Remains onsite during clinical sessions and is available as a resource if additional materials, assistance, support is needed throughout the duration of the session.
Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in a 1:1 or group environment.
Provide treatment that exceeds clinical quality standards.
Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
