Salary Plus Commission
An in-office phone sales position, following up on and nurturing qualified leads (NO cold calls, warm leads only). Join a team of other inside sales agents supporting one of the top real estate agents in the region, and work only a 40-hour week and 2 weeks' vacations
Must be able to check your ego at the door and effectively represent the team in exchange for the only stress-free Sales/Real Estate career.
People who love this change and do well in this position have been successful, are knowledgeable, have good client management, communication, and organization skills, and could continue earning a good living in "regular" telemarketing if they had to, but prefer a set number of hours, with their free time really, totally free to enjoy time with family or other interests and welcome the opportunity to focus on one sales function with pre-qualified leads, the freedom from endless cold prospecting, intense rejection, and uncertainty.

Set a 40-hour work week!
- Available shifts: 9 - 5 pm / 10:30 - 6:30 pm
- Must work at least (2) PM shifts per week
- (1-2) Saturdays 10 - 6 pm per month required (of the Wednesday prior)
- (10) PTO Days and (7) Major Holidays paid
- PTO days are annually pro-rated
$60,000 - $96,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
- No cold prospecting
- Calling Warm Leads that asked for you to call, ONLY!
- Call back property inquiries and requests
- Set appointments for our outside sales team
- No marketing or advertising is necessary
- All buyer and seller leads supplied
- Work a typical work week
- Daily role play is designed to help you be successful
- Access to the industry's best training platform
- Follow up with previously contacted leads
- Show up on time for your shift, ready to take calls
- actively pursue obtaining your real estate license within 90 days of starting with the team
